Tenant Focused

We are passionate about helping our tenants. We help by making sure where they are moving will be where we will like to live. Pre-inspection is a must to ensure all appliances are in working order, house is in moveable condition, utilities are on, lawn is cut, and snow is shoveled. Working as a team alone with the tenant to find out about their needs/concerns can eliminate late rent and evicts. We are problem eliminator as we find out the needs of our tenants; we take proactive approach to help. If the problem is not having the fund to pay bills or rent, we find agencies that will help, because their success is our win.
